Booking terms.
Please read this information before making travel arrangements.
Sample itineraries and prices
The journeys and starting prices on this website are illustrative. They are not confirmed offers. Dates, availability, accommodation, transport, meals, taxes, permits, and final pricing must be stated in a written quote before booking.
Enquiries are not bookings
Preparing or downloading an enquiry does not reserve a place, create a booking, or take payment. A booking requires explicit written confirmation and agreed terms.
Payments and cancellation
No online payment is collected by this website. Deposit requirements, payment schedules, cancellation charges, refunds, and amendment policies must be supplied with your confirmed quote. Do not assume any specific deposit or cancellation period from the sample itineraries.
Travel preparation
Travellers are responsible for checking passport, visa, insurance, health, and entry requirements appropriate to their journey. Conditions, weather, and local regulations may affect travel plans. Seek professional medical advice for high-altitude activities where appropriate.
Final agreement
Request the operator’s full legal identity, contact details, complete inclusions, and booking contract before transferring funds. These introductory website terms do not replace that agreement.
